State Senator Tony Munoz (D-Chicago) joined State Senator Martin Sandoval (D-Chicago), Representatives Mike Zalewski (D-Riverside) and Dennis M. Reboletti (R-Addison) at a press conference in bipartisan support of House Bill 4075, known as the Ridesharing Arrangements and Consumer Protection Act.
On Thursday, May 3rd, 2012, State Senator Tony Munoz, along with other members of the Illinois General Assembly, current and former Illinois police officers and their friends and families came to Springfield for the annual Illinois Police Officers Memorial. The ceremony has been held on the Capitol grounds since 1985 and memorializes police officers who have fallen in the line of duty. In the following video, Senator Munoz discusses the importance of the memorial and the impact it has on the families of those fallen heroes.
